   I got the same error. I have tried the steps what you mentioned. But its not working for me.

   Even I google it also and I deleted the temporary files which placed at c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary

   It works for first time but after a while I got same error again and the same thing not work for second time. Even I had restart the Computer.

   I am stuck and not able to do any thing.

   If you have any other idea than let me know ASAP.

     i will try with both solution and its works fine for me.

     or please check the issue of rights of that DLL file, or project can be read only. please check bin folder is read only or not.

   I had the problem for 2 weeks in vs2010 will un updating telerik menu and ready worked

   Tuve el problema por 2 semas en le menu de vs2010 actualicé teleric y listo funcionado.
